How do I book?
Call Paw Patrol at 905-320-1339 or e-mail me, and I will arrange a no-obligation complimentary Meet and Greet. The consultation will be scheduled at your convenience and will last approximately 30-45 minutes. I will provide proof of insurance, pet first aid certification and references.
I’ve decided to use Paw Patrol’s services. What’s next?
You will need to fill out some paperwork regarding your contact information, pet characteristics and vet information. I will also need to obtain a key from you.
How do I know my key will be secure?
The custody of a client’s key is a responsibility I take very seriously. Regular clients’ keys are kept on my person and when not in use, are kept in a safe. Customer information and keys are stored separately and there is no identifying information on the key.
How do I know if my pet has been looked after?
After every visit, I will leave a report card. If your pet needs medication, I will maintain a Medication Log.
Do you walk dogs in extreme weather conditions?
I am a rain-or-shine operation, as I know that is very important for your dog to relieve himself. In cases of extreme cold or heat or heavy rain, the walk may be shorter than usual. Any leftover time will be made up with lots of play in the dog’s home.
Can you stay overnight with my pets at my house?
No, sorry, I can’t provide this service because my own pets need me!
What locations do you service?
Service is limited to Hamilton (West and Central Mountain, Kirkendall North and South and the Durand area). Service area in Ancaster is primarily located from the Meadowlands to Ancaster Heights. Unfortunately, I do not service the Stoney Creek or Dundas area.
What type of payments do you accept?
For dog walking and pet sitting, I accept cash and electronic money transfers only. Payments for dog walking can be made on a weekly or bi-weekly basis—whatever is more convenient for you.
